residents speak for, against proposed wal-mart distribution center during public forum attended by companyrepresentatives (picture)
Annotation:
The article may have given an incorrect impression that the majority of people who spoke at the forum opposed locatingthe Wal-Mart facility in Alachua. Thirty-nine of those who spoke favored the facility; 12 spoke against it. The Sun'scorrection also noted that Alachua County Schools Superintendent Mary Chambers was speaking as a private citizen at the forumand not on behalf of the school district.
